Behavior Expectations/PBIS

BEHAVIOR EXPECTATIONS AND PBIS PBIS stands for Positive Behavioral Interventions & Supports. It is an evidence-based framework used by FSH to improve school culture and student behavior, promoting a safe environment for learning. A key aspect of PBIS is focusing on more positive behaviors and less on negative behaviors. FHS uses the PBIS Rewards App that tracks positive behaviors and interventions provided by a staff member. All staff members will have access to the app to give points daily. Students and parents can access the App daily.
