ACADEMIC CELEBRATIONS

HONOR ROLL                                                                                                               

Principal's list- those students who have all "A's" for the nine weeks. (93-100%)

Honor roll- those students who earn at least a " B" average for the nine-weeks.  (88%) In addition, the following criteria should be met.

1. A "D", or "F" disqualifies a student from the two categories.
2. The grade point average of students in honors/accelerated or advanced placement classes will be calculated using the appropriate scales for those courses.

RENAISSANCE PROGRAM

GOLD CARD

1. 4.0 average AND
2. No discipline record

Benefits

1. Free admission to all athletic events and other specified school functions, excluding special events. For example, playoff games and Jamboree.
2. Free jeans with a spirit shirt on Wednesday’s.
3. Leave five minutes early for lunch daily.

GARNET CARD

1. 3.500 - 3.999 average AND
2. No D's or F's AND
3. No discipline record

Benefits

1. Two free admission to all athletic events and other specified school functions, excluding special events during that grading period. For example, playoff games and Jamboree.
2. Free jeans with a spirit shirt on Wednesday’s.

WHITE CARD

Eligibility

1. 3.000- 3.499 average AND
2. No D's or F’s AND
3. No discipline record

Benefits

1. One free admission to either an athletic event or other specified school function during that grading period.
2. Free jeans with a spirit shirt on Wednesday’s.

LEAP 2025 STAR

Student has to earn an Advance/Mastery on his/her LEAP test.

1. Free jeans with spirit shirt on Friday’s.
2. Early Release to Lunch

We will be starting several new programs at Franklin High School this year, these programs will celebrate academic excellence as well as behavioral success. More information will be shared as it becomes available.
